Use cases

Most common: move funds from the collect wallet to the operation wallet for Convert.

Scenario	Notes
Convert after Payment Link / Collect	Funds land in collect wallet → `transfer` to operation wallet → Convert `get-quote` / `submit-order`
Sub-wallet consolidation	Aggregate balances from multiple sub wallets into the operation wallet
Rebalance before withdraw	Move balance to a target wallet, then withdraw

POST /v1/wallet/transfer (requestId optional but recommended; set from/to walletId explicitly)

Query: GET /v1/wallet/transfer-order/detail, GET /v1/wallet/transfer-order/list (params in query, not a GET body)
